Best calendar app. It's like a mini google cal at your finger tips

I loved this app until Google bought it. Now I get appts scheduled on my calendar for two-3 weeks of one single appointment. Then I have to send a response to whoever is advertising, that I’m not going. These are spam email senders whom I have never had any contact with and would block if they had ever sent anything to my email. Somehow they can still set appointments on this calendar, which never happened before Google bought it. It’s ridiculous and irritating! ! Today there were three of them, Plus a one day appointment from some spammer which I had to go into my email and block the sender to cancel the appointment that Google/the developer allow access. I would not get this app, as a new customer, if I knew this could happen. The reason I keep it is because it the record of appointments and notes that I’ve made on specific situation that I want records of historically - Much like I would a regular calendar. I used to use Franklin Planner, when I was still working and before some life altering medical events that forced me to stop working at 60. I became accustomed to keeping track of everything in my life in my calendar. Google said it has to be someone I’ve had contact with, but I guarantee that is not the case. Nobody should be able to access my calendar! Aside from that, and now charging me for the moon calendar - which was included in the original parchase, it’s a really good calendar. Im irritated that they want to charge extra if I want the moon phases. I think it’s a dirty business to sell you something and then change what that something is.

In the middle of entering info about my dates the program is very insistent on contacts. Right now the use of AI is being questioned as Anthropomorphic Bot has indicated it can take over the internet. I will add any Contacts when I put them in the calendar.

I have used this app for several years now. I especially like the fact that I can look at the month and see the beginning text of each scheduled event of the month, so that I can see what event I have planned without digging into the individual date. It synchs perfectly with the Apple calendar so tapping on a date and time in my email creates the event in Calendars automatically. Customer service is exceptional as well. I wanted to change from a subscription to a Life time license and customer service responded quickly and with clear and helpful instructions. It's a great app.

This calendar app has most everything I need. I like that you can add task lists to the calendar page as to-do items with a little check box so I can keep up with my daily checklists. I love the color coding! I find the list of completed tasks is helpful to review what I have completed. A couple improvement suggestions: Copy and paste of events seem to only work once. Should be able to multiple paste the same events on several days. One item that I am struggling with, is this app needs a more “invasive” alert/alarm mode to get my attention. Like the option to have an alarm continue to sound until acknowledged. The short dings that are offered are often overlooked due to volume settings, being too busy to check phone, etc and events get missed (I just missed a doctors appointment !) Other than this, it is the best calendar I have seen for iPhone.

I’ve used Calendars app for many years, but still feel it could be better: -The app icon should show today’s date. -When you’re in the month view it’s tricky to get event to the exact date you want. The app loves the 1st of the month default.

Its’s annoying that I have to pay for pro to repeat an event. I don’t want to have schedule work every single day when it’s the same time. Only spent like 5 minutes on the app but no point in getting it.

Setup is great. 2 things I’m not a fan of. List view shows my todos. I don’t always want to see them so wish I could chose either way. Also it tends to erase my last scheduled items after like 2 years. There have been times I go back to find something from a specific date and it’s gone

The app has all Islamic holidays preloaded as US holidays, cannot be removed.
