It used to be good but after you get a few years in they won’t give you instant offers or Wholefoods reserve blocks also to many packages only for the new driver also they allow bot user and cheaters using multiple accounts

Es bueno para hacer dinero extra, pero hay bloques que están muy mal pagados y por el costo de gas. En algunos bloques no hay ganancias porque recorre muchas millas

The new update is not good at all every time I want to reserve an order it ask me If i am robot or not and it was time to make the reservation so I couldn’t do any reservation for a block I dont know if it is a glitch or what if it ask one time okay but not every time I press to reserve a block

The app malfunctions, the driver gets blamed, a package goes missing (after the driver has already dropped it off), and the driver is held responsible and penalized. The customer flatly refuses to accept the package—rejecting it outright—and yells at the driver, shouting, "Take it back! I don't want it! Make them give me my money back!" The driver's standing is severely jeopardized. Customers unleash huge, aggressive dogs into their yards, preventing the driver from entering to make the delivery; or, the gates are padlocked with massive chains—yet it is deemed THE DRIVER'S FAULT because they didn't place the delivery exactly where the app indicated. If there is a traffic, stuck at the traffic IT IS ALSO DRIVERS FAULT! The app places the "arrival point" right in the middle of the street; you have to run around in the heat to find the actual building number and then the specific door number, only for the driver to be accused: "You didn't deliver it to the spot the app showed!" If you *were* to leave it right in the middle of the street as the app suggested, the customer would claim, "The package never reached me," and the driver would be penalized once again. Issues constantly arise while you're out on the road, and you can never get through to customer service; you waste 30 or 40 minutes just trying to reach them. Then, customer service simply says, "We don't see any issues; just get back to work," clears the chat log, and—once again—THE DRIVER ENDS UP BEING THE CULPRIT. Two days later, you get penalized again with a notification stating, "You made a mistake here; you handled this incorrectly." If a customer's package gets stolen, THE DRIVER IS HELD RESPONSIBLE. They never even bother to ask, "Did *you* take the package?"! The blame is automatically—and immediately—shifted onto you. And God help you if you're assigned to make deliveries in a high-crime area—you're treated as if YOU STOLE EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE YOURSELF! A package goes missing at the station—it's lost, and even the manager can't find it—yet the driver is still found guilty, accused of "failing to not deliver the packages," and THE DRIVER IS PENALIZED! Damn it all.

I just started working flex and I love it more then any other gig app pays well and save way more gas I think I’ll be doing this long term thanks for the opportunity Amazon ♥️

The app runs slow it’s lagging a lot after the new updates

Warehouse employees are rude most times, cause us to be late and we get dinged for everything. Careful not to miss a block you’ll get deactivated.

Everyone is so nice and friendly when I first started very helpful the packages are in order and no wasted miles

What ever update you guys are doing is causing too much lags! What you need to invest more is how to pack your packages securely not constantly updating this app about useless stuff “congrats you made 211 customers happy” we don’t care! Make our life easier not harder!
