    although it logs me out every single time i go to use the remote, it’s pretty useful especially since my remote doesn’t work.

    They recently changed the volume from an actual button to using the volume toggle on the side of your phone. We constantly have to close the app, adjust our phone volume and then go back into the app and use that feature bc if the volume on our phone is too low to start, it gets maxed out and won’t go any lower. Hard to explain, but there used to be a button for volume and I can’t imagine why it disappeared, nothing replaced it. This new setup is so annoying. Otherwise, we love the app, as a household who has kids that always lose the remote.

    I have two almost identical TVs. Both Toshiba Fire TVs. The only difference is size. Different features don’t work depending in the TV.

    Me and my family loose our remotes so much. So this app is so awesome because if we lose our remote, we just use it and then we use our TV and then it just works perfectly! All you have to do is connected to your TV from your phone and then use it. It is so easy and I love it. 😄😄😄 I actually love it and I definitely recommend.

    I have had to reset to default 3xs with this app each time its a pain i had to set it to away from home. I have been a subscriber since 2021 stop telling me to update it so yall can add to the bill

    I have multiple Apple products and if I try to have multiple Amazon fire TV remote apps working at the same time, it does not work. It kicks me out of one or another of my Apple products. So your product sucks cause I can’t use it on multiple products.
