The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon or completing short surveys about your opinion on brands or products that may be of interest to you. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to [email protected] and you’ll earn up to $10 per month towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn rewards each month for every survey you complete and if you turn on ad verification on your mobile device you'll receive more, relevant surveys each month based on the ads you see from Amazon. Ads from Amazon can include Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the Receipts or Surveys tabs, or by visiting Ad verification in the panel app's settings. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers who are 18 years of age or over and in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now.     I’ve been using this app for several years and while it’s helpful it’s VERY inconsistent about what it counts as what. It’s denied things it’s taken before (had to send in receipts more than 6 times) and other times count them as the wrong categories and not given the credit it deserves.

    When it used to be $1 per receipt it was worth it now it’s 5¢-25¢ and on top of that reject every receipt even legit grocery ones they used to always accept. Not worth even taking up space in your phone anymore. Amazon just keeps getting more and more useless and disappointing deleting this app. Collecting so much information on people in exchange for Pennies….

    I had a valid receipt denied even after review, but there’s no way to like create a ticket about that specific receipt or something, and almost every other receipt app provides this basic customer service.

    It is still a good app but there is a lot of problems, keep declining my recipe and say it was used already but i just come out from a store . I did try to contact customer service but because amazon deal with it customer service doesn’t know what i talk they keep me on hold long time and after just hanging me , please fix this 2 issues!!!! Thanks

    What a great way to make a few dollars! It’s easy, they notify you when you have a survey to take and the more surveys you can take, obviously more money for you. Highly recommend although I believe there may be a waiting list to get on.

  • No good anymore

    Used to be great. 10 receipts would get you $10. Every month they figure out a way to pay you less and less and collect more of your data lol. Currently, 10 receipts will get you $1 but so many things are ineligible or the app is too dumb to recognize a legitimate receipt and won’t accept it. It’s a waste of time now and I usually end up with $1-2 a month. I don’t really know why I’m still participating. I think I’m done.

    This app used to be amazing. It has gone down hill over the last several years. I can never hit the $10 limit in this economy with how now they only give you 10 cents per receipt, versus it used to be $1 per receipt. Half of the time they don’t accept a receipt. I have to hit “request review” and then it still will say “receipt to fuzzy” when it’s a forwarded Walmart receipt. In the app it’ll say “contact customer support” but it never does. I hardly ever leave reviews but I’ve had it with this app.

    This app was great several years ago but it’s gotten worse with time. It’s slow to upload receipts, it takes forever to take the photos and you don’t get very many survey options. With only 10¢ per receipt it’s takes a lot to get you $10 gift card.

    This app used to be amazing. You could receive a $10 gift card per month for scanning your receipts now you could barely get five dollars a month let alone three you get $.10 per receipt. They don’t even send you surveys anymore. Now they try to steal your data for surveys that they don’t even seen it. 0/10 don’t waste your time!

    I love being on the Amazon Shopper Panel, but the value of the receipts have dropped so much that it's difficult to make the max reward each month. It also doesn't help that the receipts aren't all valued properly. Clothing stores are supposed to be $.70 but consistently are valued at $.10 instead, even after requesting review. Can you fix that?
