    For several years now every time Amazon makes new requirements my sales decline. Adding new products is a time consuming project with little to no returns.

    Disappointed. The same pictures approved for Facebook were rejected here and I really need to sell this jewelry for my Mom. Also, put so much time into making a burn relief product but 7 of my first units were destroyed in route and I only received $10 in compensation when I’m paying like $40 sometimes $60 a month for my product to just be sitting. The app is useless so I can’t boost sales with any promotion. Then I get penalized also for not putting a specific barcode on everyone on my bottles when that message was never relayed at all. I know which barcode too, I thought I was just supposed to print one and leave it in the box. None of this process was easy or has been successful and I don’t want to be apart of Amazon selling anymore. If I could just get my remaining product sent back to me , that would be great. Thank you

  • Too many fees

    Amazon has a lot of fees that they charge and there are a lot of limitations if you don’t do the paid monthly subscription. So if you have a new product then it’s hard to make a profit at first. And for whatever reason if you have a new product they like to keep changing your category and you don’t even know that they have changed your category until you look up your product on the website. So you may begin to wondering why you are not getting any ad clicks nor sales then you realize that you are in a new category that does not showcase your product. Overall I’m not sure if Amazon is the right solution if you have a new product.

    Not the best way to sell. Many hopes to go through just to be able to sell anything and approvals so if you resell this is not the app for you. Your wasting money on products that you hope you can sell on this app and at the end of the day you cant sell it on this platform.

    Unfortunately the app is not working as it should— many functionalities of it that should work, don’t, such as certain advertising, promotion, discount, coupon features, order history & fulfillment features, and so much more. I’d suggest developers going through each and every clickable button and testing to make sure everything functions as it should. Many vendors like myself rely on the app to make quick changes and manage customers, orders, promotions, coupons and campaigns while on the go. If the app could be updated to work flawlessly to manage any and everything the website portal allows, that would be a game changer.
