  • Login credentials lost, annoying

    The app lost the login credentials, likely following an update. As long as I’m reviewing, this app lacks a keyword recording feature, you should be able to select actors, directors, screenwriters, or subject keyword and it should continually monitor guide info for desired content. Another recording option should be time and “channel” as TCM has Noir alley set of movies that is streamed at particular time intervals. While I’m at it, an optional customizable content display that presents recordings in chronological record date order.

  • Buggy and Never Improves with Updates

    Resume from last Watch rarely works. Yes, I try to watch from the Home Screen rather than the live screen. Sometimes it just takes you live ruining the game you had to pause. This issue is also on their Apple TV app, which is awful and has terrible picture quality. Update: I still have all issues above plus it randomly stops fast forwarding or rewinding when double tapping either the left or right of the screen. It just gets stuck. When I manually fast forward, then double tap to fast forward, it rewinds. If I force close the app, it says I already watched the entire program and have to start from the beginning. It’s an annoying app.

  • Obligatory ads on recorded programs

    In the past when I recorded a program I was able to fast forward through the commercials. On programs that are pre-recorded but not by me, there would be ads which you can’t fast-forward thru, that is expected. But now, these ads are popping up even on some recordings. Is raising the rates not enough Google? Now I have to sit through ads even on programs I’ve recorded?

    We got YouTube tv to watch sports, now I can’t watch nationaly broadcasted basketball games. I am. I have ended my subscription and have instructed the rest of my friends and family to do so as well. I hope you all burn in hell

    the new offerings are a start, but still offer no a la carte options. does anyone really watch all the junk channels ? i mean chedder tv? and maybe i want news, but NOT murdoch propaganda channel ? you can do better google. in the meantime, i switching to genre pack on direct tv, half the price, and no junk channels.

    Why does it ask you to input a credit card before downloading the app then when it charges it charges another card? I put down my American Express when I signed up but they literally pulled money from my bank account now I’m overdrawn wtf

  • Why charge for 4K quality?

    Why charge $9.99 for 4K quality on YouTube TV, to watch my own purchases on YouTube? Movies I purchased that are 4K, such as Black Adam, cannot be watched on YouTube TV or YouTube (from my Movies & TV section) as 4K quality because you downgrade my own purchases to 1080P quality. I feel as if I have been robbed. Luckily, having my purchases linked to Movies Anywhere sends my 4K purchases to Apple TV so I can take full advantage of my 4K quality purchases. Reconsider charging any price at all for 4K quality.
