    Service stop working out of no where phone saying sos customer service is horrible people barely speak English and plus they act like the problem is solve and nothing wrong on they end it’s terrible and make no sense literally been without service for going on 2 weeks

    I have had this plan for 5 years and it has sucked app is terrible and the customer service is such a pain to work with. Trying to submit a ticket and the app keeps freezing. Not worth it

    This is the worst app I’ve ever used and I regret purchasing this terrible experience and it hasn’t even been an hour yet. I pay for a plan then get the option to get a new number or transfer I pick transfer knowing I can easily get my account number and pin from my old carrier I try it and it doesn’t work and I’m like never mind I’ll just get a new number but I lost that option too so I contact customer service. This is where my true nightmare began .I was told I had the wrong information even though I got it 10 minutes ago so I give up and just want a new number so I’m asked for a zip code then I’m told Fi is not supported in my region which it is cause I checked the coverage map then the chat dissapres and I can’t find where my problem was being resolved then I’m told I was given a number but for it to work I need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get a number. Absolute nonsense

    I got Googlefi because i am stationed over seas and google fi is one of the only carriers that works both in the United States and internationally. The thing is that I had a 907 number before and I don’t want to lose a lot of data connected to that phone number. Whenever I tried to switch there would be a error code, so I called Googlefi who blamed it on Verizon, and Verizon did everything they could, finally I had both of them on a call and Googlefi admitted it was their fault. Still charged me for the phone call. If you have a “remote phone number” you’re not going to be able to transfer. Incredibly frustrating.

    I was excited to transfer to Google Fi because of my friend recommending their international plan. However, they were unsuccessful in porting my phone number. Even when put in touch with their “engineering team” there was no progress. Words cannot describe my frustration with the promises of each service member to help but none fulfilled during my month-long dispute. On the bright side, when I canceled, they said they would refund my service that I didn’t receive. I would’ve loved to use their service but I will try to transfer to a more established cell provider.

    TRASH DONT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FROM INDIA OR ASIA, they don’t understand simple English!!!! They won’t fix your service problems, will promise a follow up in 24 hours for a problem that you need a solution now!!??? Google is trash!! SHAME!!!!
