    It’s such a joke. If you get an app purchase and it doesn’t work, they will not give you your money back and there’s no human that can actually help you. They just let everything be run by whatever ridiculous robot system they have been placed and I just don’t understand how this isn’t fraud. I was about to buy the new iPhone and I’m going to go back to android because I’m just DONE.

    The support I got from Apple is the worst I’ve had in my entire life. They have been charging my credit card for 4 years on an insurance on a phone I don’t have. And when I called for a refund they tell me sorry the policy says we can only refund you last month. But what policy do they have for their store associates not being trained enough to know that I have insurance 4 years ago when I went it to get a replacement. They are wishy washy and it is so sad to see Apple customer service covering for their own employees and making their customer pay for their mistakes. They lost me as a customer for sure!
