    Apple literally failed to auto-renew our $99/year account for an app that is making them hundreds per day, ripped the app from the App Store without warning, and their purchase flow is completely broken in this app preventing renewal.

    Why are all the ratings so bad? My Apple ID works normally, and the app is just too perfect! Why so many complaints? devs and users that want to learn can use this app (: it does not matter how the app looks either! the app looks great like I said.

    5 attempts to take id photos. All were rejected because app won’t focus on id correctly and creates fuzzy images.

    I have spend days trying just to sign up.. the app constantly crashes when I try to use my phone to take pics of my ID. Absolutely refuses to accept a picture from the webcam.

    I really don’t know why you would get something for things that either redirect you to the apple website, which you can go to yourself, and just for watching videos, I thought it was something actually useful like forums, or a dev App Store or something.

    Done. The data theft is out of control. Now it is overtly demanded. At one time companies were happy to get paying customers to come to build their platforms. They did their dystopian dirty work in the shadows and lied about it (and still do), but developers were part of the club. There is no pretense about that anymore. Give us the subscription and you're still the product. That anyone stomachs this BS without a thought tells me few developers have any sense of the realities of this increasingly horrid, we-are-the-problem industry, and have simply sold their dignity and decency - for what, really, are we going along with mass surveillance/tracking? Just think about it.
