Reviews

  • Nice app maybe

I down graded the review because it’s really annoying to try and move sub-tasks around and they end up as new tasks on the starting page. This is a nice little app for keeping a quick list of things to do during the day or week. I don’t need anything special, but just something that I can use to jot down in a hurry items as the come to mind. It also integrates well with my outlook calendar, which comes up in the morning in my email. I have it as a widget on my phone which makes it easy to see at a glance.

The widget is completely broken when using tinted icons on the Home Screen
  • Missing two important functions

Love this app, but am unable to add any new tasks via voice if my phone is locked. Siri tells me "you'll need to unlock your device first" which defeats the point of using Siri to be hands-free. Additionally, the widget for My Day needs medium and large versions to be useful.
  • My To Do is

A huge stack of lists that involve work, the house, groceries, shopping, tasks and a slew of other items. Crossover of operating systems is a huge plus and it’s easy to operate. I used to use evernote but it became so complex and bloated in my opinion that I had to search for a simpler way. For me, MS To Do is the perfect tool.
  • To all you check-listers out there this is the bomb!

I have stuck with this one a number of years. Besides the countless features we all love. There are others I haven’t learned to use yet. Yes, there are tweaks I might like to make such as sub-categories, and longer durations on My Day (perhaps My Week?) but we can’t have everything.
  • To get it done

I love Microsoft To Do. It is integrated into the applications in the suite and is my only application for To Do list functionality.
  • Getting worse and worse

    1. Cannot consistently reorder steps within a task 2. Cannot Sort by Completed Date on Completed Items List 3. Be able to undo an item accidentally marked as complete that was not part of My Day (Control+Z or Command+Z makes the most sense)
  • Good but stupid app. Could be smarter

Can’t believe what kind of Microsoft developers are developing stupid apps like this makes no sense at all. In order to add photo. I have to go press four touch point before I can add it and then I’ll wait till upload like all the way wasting so much time so the app is really good. There’s no other better options but I wish that developers can really think on user experience.
