Why is it so hard to find good old letter template? I don’t want ai to write for me, nor does it understand the command to write a letter in a letter format.

MS Word is fine, but Copilot is fiendishly annoying. It should be strictly opt-in, or at the *very* least should be easy to permanently disable. (I’ve turned it off. It keeps coming back. I. Hate. It.)

Utilizing Microsoft Word (Word) has its blessings and curses. When it works properly, it is wonderful, however, there is no consistency of when it will work. Only some of the features work, I have lost the writing assistant all together, and the word counter now has a plethora of steps to navigate to use. So, If you want to use it for something simple, this is a good tool, however, if utilizing it for college, like I am, it is gravely lacking, however it is what is required for use.
  • I believe that I have been paying for Word bu not gotten the whole app.

I have been trying to follow the directions to delete and install and I need a PHD to follow them. I feal I have already deleted too much. This all began when I could not change the size of the font. I have an automatic renewal, but perhaps not an automatic update. The old Word was much more computer friendly, All this new stuff just makes it more difficult to use this program for personal letter writing. Not all of us need a new toy to keep focused.

The current version of MS Word insicts that my documents open to the full width of my desktop screen. This of course results in my BIG screen only able to display one document at a time. Since I often work with a couple (several) documents at a time, your software essentially negates my screen. I know I can string the screen-hogging document, but should I have to every time I move a doc. ?????? POOR design
