  • The app is suddenly FUBAR

    The app used to be pleasant and I actually for one, enjoyed reading the news. Recently the use of carousels (several rows) of news where you can scroll down or side ways to click an article went haywire. If I click one then try to go read another, I get an unrelated article. Eventually the app freezes. I have to close it, wait then start all over again. My iPhone is. 16 Pro with plenty of storage. Developers: please feel free to contact me for a demo. This is real horrific. The UX/UI is frustrating and I might need to delete the app and revert to msn website. You really need to go to basics. This design isn’t helpful at all and has no cohesion to basif user experience

    This is the worse news app ever I mean really. It says like it’s about rain when the sky is clear and the news is awful. They report news that has already happened two days ago. This is not how an app should report news.

    After last apple update, now, it crashes after a few seconds, was my go to news source before that. Too bad for this app. Hopefully it gets fixed.

    Every time I click on a new video to watch, this app continues to show the previous video. I can’t get to a different video until I completely exit out of the app and reset it. Sometimes, then, the video I wanted to watch has disappeared. What is with this stuck video. I’m going to start watching a different news app.

    I can no longer see my notifications. When I click on a video to watch, it goes to something else. This started a couple weeks ago seems to have started with a new update. I’ve tried to contact them. No response. I’m no longer interested in the app because of its faulty nature. It’s been deleted.

    I do enjoy my MSN app but for some reason lately I can not get my notifications. I’ve tried everything I can think of and still unable to retrieve them. I do enjoy all of the other aspects of the app, the trivia, the quizzes, and the news section, good app overall.

    I say but because here lately and I have done sent a feedback in twice and still nothing has been done but when the app send me a notification it should up on my phone but when I get on the app click the profile and click where it says notifications nothing shows up anymore but it showing how to turn the notifications on and off. But other than that the app is great and hopefully that will get fix soon.
